Tshepo Mashilo
Tshepo Mashilo is Chief Executive Officer of Brillion. He has spent his career close to the systems that run regulated enterprises — starting as a systems developer, moving through enterprise architecture, and serving as Group CIO at Seacom and 3Sixty Health before taking the chief executive role. That background shapes how he leads: he thinks like an engineer and runs the business like an operator, which keeps Brillion's work grounded in what ships and holds up in production.
He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Pretoria and a Master of Business Leadership from the UNISA School of Business Leadership, and has completed Harvard Business School's Senior Executive Programme – Africa and quantum computing programmes at MIT.
At Brillion he sets the direction for the company's decision-intelligence work across healthcare administration, telecommunications, and finance.
